Otherwise: Home → Find → Search → Downloader → Get → Open.
Press Go.
Wait for the download. Pick Install → Open.
Tap Run Test.
K // NDT will check download speed, latency, jitter, and reachability to our streaming servers — takes about 30 seconds.
You get a single result: "Network is fine", "WiFi issue", or "Server-side issue".
If it says server-side, take a screenshot and attach it to a support ticket — we'll get on it immediately.
