By accessing or using Kingz TV ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Kingz TV provides streaming media access via subscription. The Service includes the K // Player application and access to channels listed in our catalog. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Sharing your credentials with unauthorized parties is prohibited.
4. Payment
Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing cycle. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no refunds are issued for partial cycles unless required by law.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to redistribute, rebroadcast, or sublicense the Service to third parties without a reseller agreement. You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kingz TV's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
